Ostitto - Refund Policy & Conditions
1

General Refund Terms and Framework

1.1 Purchase Consent: All digital assets, subscription fees, and individual courses offered by Ostitto are subject to systemic checks before refund issues are authorized.

1.2 Policy Bound: You acknowledge that refunds are calculated and audited against automated timestamp markers recorded on Ostitto server logs, preventing any offline discrepancies.

1.3 Proper Reason Requirement: To prevent policy abuse, all refund requests must be accompanied by a clear, detailed, and verifiable reason. Students must submit appropriate justification or proof (e.g., double-payment, technical logs showing severe platform disruption, or clear curriculum mismatch). Requests submitted without a clear, valid, and substantiated reason will be summarily rejected and will not be granted.

Section 2: The 4-Hour Time Limitation Rule

Critical Notice: Refund requests must be logged on our system within exactly four (4) hours of the purchase timestamp.

2.1 The 4-Hour Rule: If a student decides to apply for a refund, they must execute and send their support ticket to our designated channel within exactly 4 hours from the verified instant of payment.

2.2 Absolute Expiry: Once the purchase has crossed the 4-hour mark, the platform registers the transaction as a non-refundable lifetime content access deal, and eligibility automatically expires.

3

Section 3: Class Consumption Threshold Limit

Content Rule: Refunds are only applicable if you have consumed LESS THAN two (2) class segments or videos.

3.1 Lesson Access Boundary: Eligible accounts must have accessed, watched, or partially streamed less than 2 class videos/segments of the corresponding course content.

3.2 Access Verification: Watching 2 or more videos (fully or partially) indicates content usage. Ostitto uses server telemetry logs to track lesson hits. If your account history registers 2 or more class hits, you fail the eligibility threshold immediately.

Payment Channels & Bangladesh Bank Protocols

4.1 Legal Alignment: In accordance with the National Digital Commerce Policy 2020 and the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021 issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Bangladesh, refunds are returned through the original medium of payment.

4.2 Transaction Mediums: Refunds will be routed back to the exact bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Card account utilized. Under anti-money laundering frameworks in Bangladesh, cash handovers or alternate account transfers are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Deduction of Fees: Standard mobile financial service (MFS) chargeback processing or bank card gateway fee parameters (1.5% - 2.5%) may be withheld from the net refund balance in line with commercial gateway terms.
